4th of June, Prague – MEDIARESEARCH, Czech provider of television audience measurement, launches a new website www.peoplemeter.eu, to provide information about the principles of peoplemeter research. Facts explained in the guide are based on the high standard and quality of the Czech TAM project, which MEDIARESEARCH provides for the JIC Association of Television Organizations (ATO). The website was created to celebrate the 16th anniversary of the single currency TAM measurement under the auspices of the Association of Television Organizations.

MEDIARESEARCH has joined the Czech National Panel and is a founding member a parallel project in Slovakia. This makes the Czech National Panel, with the current number of 60,000 respondents, one of the largest Czech online panels, offering a sufficient number of respondents to cover the vast majority of inquiries. The Slovak National Panel includes 25,000 respondents and is still growing. The merger of the MEDIARESEARCH online panels with the Czech and Slovak National panels was completed in December 2012.
The First of January 2013 will mark the historic opening day of the fourth peoplemeter project of electronic measurement of television audience in the Czech Republic. The provider is, for the third time for the period from 2013 to 2017, the research agency MEDIARESEARCH. Audience data are supplied to all national television stations and communications agencies. The client for the measurement data, as before, is the Association of Television Organizations whose aim, from the outset, has been to ensure research results from a single source for the Czech market, the single currency of peoplemeter measurement.
Czech research agency MEDIARESEARCH presented its television audience measurement project in Bulgaria on Wednesday, December 13 in Sofia. MEDIARESEARCH acquainted the professionals with its measuring technology, the platform SimMetry ™, with the methodology and the individual stages of building a TV panel in Bulgaria.
